Fuelling her passion for holistic wellness, Aly is not only dedicated to her own personal fitness pursuits but also creating connections and building communities. She possesses a natural talent for bringing people together, fostering an environment where individuals can unite, support one another, and thrive collectively.

Drawing on her degree in Human Kinetics from UBC, Aly incorporates evidence-based practices, injury prevention strategies, and rehabilitation protocols into her approach. She is passionate about continually growing her knowledge base and has completed the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) Exercise 1 and Strength Training 1 as well as her FMS level 1 and 2.
